Subscriptions & Plans

Plans unlock different usage limits (messages, memory, uploads).

Upgrades take effect immediately after payment confirmation.

Downgrades apply in the next billing cycle.

Free plan has limited access and usage caps.

Charges & Payments

Charges occur automatically when your billing cycle renews.

Failed payments may retry depending on provider rules.

You may see multiple charges if upgrading mid-cycle (proration).

All payments are processed securely via your provider.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case-by-case.

If charged incorrectly, contact support immediately.

Unused subscription time is typically not refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing dashboard.

Cancellation does not remove access immediately.

Access continues until the end of your billing period.

No hidden cancellation fees apply.

Usage Limits

Each plan includes monthly usage limits.

When limits are reached, features may pause or restrict access.

Limits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Payment Security

Payments are handled securely via trusted providers.

We do not store raw payment details.

All sensitive billing data is encrypted and protected.
